APEX
For UK healthcare staffing agencies

Your clients owe you more than the invoice.

Every overdue invoice accrues statutory interest at 8% above base — plus fixed compensation per invoice — whether you claim it or not. Most agencies never do. Send us your aged debtor report and we'll tell you the number.

Free. One page. Back within 24 hours.

Why healthcare staffing, specifically

You pay locums and agency nurses weekly. Trusts, frameworks and care groups pay you in 45, 60, sometimes 90 days — and that gap is funded out of your pocket. You are running an unsecured lending facility for the NHS, and you are not charging interest on it.

Use it as leverage in your next terms conversation, or let APEX chase it for you. Your call.

The law is changing underneath your contracts

The Commercial Payments Bill entered Parliament on 19 May 2026. It caps payment terms at 60 days, makes statutory interest mandatory and impossible to waive by contract, and deems an invoice accepted if no dispute is raised within 30 days. Agencies on 90-day framework terms have a repricing conversation coming. The audit tells you where you stand before it arrives.

If you want us to chase it too

The audit is free and always will be. This is what it costs if you'd like APEX to run your credit control.
